About Client:Ministry of finance is a UAE based government firm conducting financial records and database of each financial sector which belongs to the people and government.
Requirement Overview:To replace the existing MoF intranet application with user based authentication provided by the application administrator with 16 Sub-Sites for each departments.
Proposed Solution:A comprehensive solution in MOSS 2007 framework over Windows 2003 SP2 with MS SQL Server 2005 backend database management.

Project Description
The proposed application is a sub site of Ministry’s of Finance’s main website. The proposed application is developed for managing the Annual Finance Budget related documents like budget handbooks, circulars, legislations, archives and especially financial reports. Budget Circulars and Reports are different for 53 different ministries of UAE. The application has strict access levels and only authorized ministries can view or download the content. Cross Ministry access levels are not available thus one ministry employees / authority cannot view or download material of other ministries. The proposed application also has other miscellaneous information for the Ministry of Finance like News, History, Background, Reporting progress, budgeting team etc
