Overview
About:Client is a supplier of medical products for the global aesthetic medicine market. It develops, manufactures and markets innovative, science-based products for and deals with different products related to Brest Implants, Body Contouring Products and Face Beauty Products.
Requirement:To develop web application for users to submit complaints online. Application should have company management and customer management to manage different complaints.
Solution:we developed the application in Core PHP with MySQL Database. The technology was selected based on the current client infrastructure and preference. Duration: 328 Man Hours
Benefit:This application is helping the customers to submit and get their complaints resolved at the earliest. The client is able to track the complaints and view complaint status on the system. The application has facility to store different company information as well. Customer is benefitted with complaint status over email with PDF document.
Project Approach / Activities
The Project was divided into various phases to achieve the best results in less time with optimal utilization of available technology features, capabilities and new enhancements.
- Phase I:Understand client system requirement approach with the technology platform and create Software design development approach and sent it to client to let them know our understanding.
- Phase II:Approved design by client has been incorporated into the development.
- Design has implemented into the specific technology platform.
- Started to work on development.
- Phase III:Development is based on module requirement as per the existing website.
- Phase IV:Deployment phase has done to the client side.
