Business Needs

The o ctive was to develop a web based intranet portal for performance evaluation of their employees. The application was estimated to handle 5000 active users at any given time. The application needed to be developed indigenously and deployed later on the existing infrastructure and network. Client wanted to developed application along with following major modules

Our Solution

Silver Touch provided a comprehensive solution in .NET framework 3.5 over Windows server 2008 and MS SQL 2008 back end data management Server. The technology was selected based on the current client infrastructure and preference and also based on the versatile & robust Microsoft platform to handle the large active user base. The solution has incorporated user based roles and functionality to offer greater flexibility & security throughout the system. The solution also keeps a backup of the previous feedbacks and reviews, and the review for the new cycle begins with this database. The evaluation takes place based on the ratings given by the managers as well as the peer reviews.
