Scope :
Complete Integrated IT Solution for implementation of E Governance in the office of Charity Organization, Govt. of Gujarat. IT solution implemented at the Head Office at Ahmedabad and 24 District Office Location, 4 Regional Office location. IT Solution includes automation of trusts registrations, judicial processes, trusts’ assets and change of assets, assessment process of trusts annual reports followed by scrutiny, objections against trusts and any other activity pertains to them, trusts’ inspection, PTA fund account. It takes care of every sections and rules of B.P.T.Act-1950 thru various transactions. Interface for publishing information on website. Module includes Charity Commissioner Office Automation & District Office. EIS / MIS model is developed for the decision making. Application is implemented on Wide Area Network connecting 28 different location across Gujarat.
