He is a Computer Engineer with more than 14 year experience in IT. He had started his career from Zenith Ltd., a leading Computer Hardware company and soon decided to start his own venture. He found company of like minded friends, Mr. Jignesh Patel, Mr. Minesh Doshi and Mr. Palak Shah and turned his dreams into reality by forming the Core Silver Touch Group for deliverance in Hardware and Software. Semaphore Software is the software division of Silver Touch, essentially for software offshoring.

Mr. Jignesh Patel, (Director - Operations)

The success of a visionary can only be realized through rightly placed operations. And that's exactly what Mr. Jignesh Patel, an Electronics Engineer, has been doing since last fourteen years. Mr. Jignesh started his career from HCL Ltd. and joined hands with other directors of Silver Touch and Semaphore in this venture from the conceptual stage. From a humble beginning of hardware and software sales, today the group has reached the present stature due to Mr. Jignesh Patel's efforts and hard work in approaching big clients, understanding their requirements and arranging to provide them proper solutions.

Mr. Jignesh, is specialized in Designing & Implementing Large Networks including LAN and WAN. His zeal to grow big through maintaining quality has made the group a very premium Business Partner of IBM.

Mr. Minesh Doshi, (Technical Director)

Having more than thirteen years experience, Mr. Minesh Doshi started his career from INFLIBNET, a Government of India undertaking. A Computer Engineer and specialist in System Integration, Unix Systems, Data Security and Design & Implementation of Secure Web Infrastructure, Mr. Minesh Doshi sensed the software potential of the region way back in 1994 and conceived Semaphore Software along with Mr. Palak Shah, another director in the group. Working very closely with the Government of Gujarat's e- governance drive, Mr. Minesh has successfully implemented many software modules including complete automation of 18 Municipal Councils, Technical Examination Board, Labor & Employment, Government Printing & Stationary etc.

Mr. Palak Shah, (Director Software)

A dedicated software engineer, Mr. Palak Shah shared the vision of Mr. Minesh and joined hands to form Semaphore about thirteen years ago. A software designer, Mr. Palak has specialization in Information System Planning and executing large software projects on Internet / Intranet. Mr. Palak has been pioneer in designing all Government's e- Governance projects and making these software. Mr. Palak leads the technical software team in Semaphore and all project development goes under him. Many creative software products like School Management Software, Point of Sale for Textile Retail Outlets, Human Resource Management Software, Asset Management Software etc. are the brainchild of Mr. Palak Shah.
