This tool has inbuilt process which is compliant to CMMi-5 standards.

Review meetings:

Silver Touch engages its top management and account management in monthly and quarterly review meetings lined up with client to audit the ongoing engagement. Should there be any discrepancies, Silver ODC business team will address such to ensure all contractual commitments are full filled.
