If in a few days, you will get news that “Want to be listed in DMOZ. Contact Best of the Web Directory”. Is it shocking news for you? lol.

During reading NEWS about search engines and directories on web, I read this news on one of the search engine news web site that DMOZ is going to be sold and who is buyer? Yes this is main question for all coz Google Directory is using almost source in his directory from DMOZ so who is going to but DMOZ.

Best of the Web Directory (botw.org) is going to buy dmoz (world’s largest and trustable directory) as I also shocked when I read this news and for confirmation I communicate with my web master friend and they were also been shocked.

As we know, we are waiting to be listed in DMOZ.org I think now to be listed in dmoz.com we have to make our site listed in botw.org.

DMOZ.org has page rank 8 and BOTW.org has page rank 6 of Google Toolbar. As DMOZ has recently celebrated his birthday on 5^th June 2008 it’s really shocking.
