SLA (Project Management)

Silver Touch provides complementary project management to Agile Developers team. If client goes for more than 5 developers, this service is free of cost. Share project manager who is sitting next to developers will ensure timely deliver and minimize client’s risk.

Silver Touch provides project management SLA driven. We define proper deliverables and measure the output. Project management is the key to achieve such initiatives.

Silver Touch uses its own proprietary tool PM Tool designed and developed by Silver Touch team
PM tool monitors PL Score of each developer as per CMMi-5 compliance
Daily/Weekly/Monthly project reviews with client as per business need and degree of agility defined
PMP certified project manager will be responsible for projects monitoring
